Dental Crowns

Crowns, or sometimes referred to as caps, are full coverage dental restorations. They can be made of porcelain, zirconia, metal or a combination of these materials. Crowns are done for many reasons. Esthetics, weakened teeth from root canal treatment, to fix broken teeth, or to repair cracked teeth. Crowns can even be placed on implants and their associated posts to replace single missing teeth!
